I had the pleasure of meeting a new friend on Monday. Nandine Zawacki is a new Texas resident and a wonderful fiction writer. Through the recommendation of another friend, Diane, we met at the Agentina Bakery in Irving. I won’t say how long we were there but we had a wonderful visit over empanadas, latte, Argentine coffee, and sharing life.

God has a way of bringing the right people into our lives at the right time. That’s what He’s done with Diane and Nadine…and me.

I’d like to introduce you to these two ladies to you. They actually recently met for the first time in real life (IRL) after reading each other’s blogs for a couple of years.

Please visit Diane’s blog at Partners in Prayer for our Prodigals. (What a blessing you have been in my life, and in the lives of so many others. May God return it to you in abundance. Thank you for everything, Diane!)

Please visit Nadine’s blog at Just Being Me.

prisonerofcircumstanceAlso, check out Nadine’s first published novel, Prisoner of Circumstance. I’ve just started reading it and it’s fabulous! If you’re looking for a good read…get it! More details later :)

ABOUT THE BOOK: Prisoner of Circumstance by Nadine Zawacki explores the evil of man and the goodness of God. To save her father’s life, Regina Palmetto marries an evil mob boss. But her marriage-in-name-only turn’s ugly one night during her husband’s drunken rage, and the stakes go up. Now she is determined that her unborn child will not grow up in this house of iniquity. With the help of Detective John Nelson, can she escape the madman she lives with? And should she be concerned with Nelson’s reasons for helping her? Beautifully written and inspiring from beginning to end, Prisoner of Circumstance is a page-turner that will stay forever in the hearts of readers.
